FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Straight answers about how Wren works, what stays private, and what is available now versus planned for beta.
Product
No. A calendar tells you when something happens. Wren handles the work around it—forms, changes, unanswered questions, ownership, and handoffs—and keeps the household plan current. A calendar can be one source Wren uses.
No. Wren works in WhatsApp or by text. Secure web pages appear only for settings, uploads, and approvals—when a screen is genuinely better.
Not in the current beta. Wren can prepare a shopping list or draft a message, but a person makes the purchase or sends the message. As approved actions are introduced, Wren will preview them and ask first.
You can correct it in the conversation and see the source Wren used. Wren then updates the affected parts of the household plan.
Privacy & control
No. Each adult gets a private conversation with Wren and chooses what to connect or share. Private information stays out of the household plan unless you choose to share it.
Yes. You can review, correct, pause, disconnect, or delete your information at any time. The privacy page explains how each control works and how retention will be handled.
Partners & caregivers
No. Wren does not expose private conversations or create contribution scores. Each adult controls what they connect and what they share with the household.
Caregiver access is planned for private beta. You’ll be able to give a sitter, grandparent, or caregiver just the part of the plan they need, for the role and time you choose. Access will be visible to the household and removable at any time.
Connections
No. In private beta, you can forward relevant household email to Wren. It does not scan your whole inbox. A scoped, read-only email connection is planned and will be explained clearly before anyone turns it on.
Pricing & availability
Wren is opening in private beta a few households at a time. Availability depends on your country and preferred messaging channel; the invitation form asks for both so we can match households to supported markets.
